INVITATION FOR WRITTEN SUBMISSIONS
The Joint Select Committee established to inquire into and report to Parliament on Ministries (Group I), and on Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises falling under their purview is commencing an inquiry into the administration and operations of the Ministry of Health with specific focus on primary health care facilities.
The Committee will be considering such matters as:
- vacancies in the health sector, at the primary health care level
- measures for improvement of the physical infrastructure of primary health care facilities
- realignment or strengthening of vertical services/national programs
Stakeholders and interested parties are therefore invited to make written submissions in this regard.
