The Second Report of the Child Protection Task Force was laid as a Paper in the House of Representatives by the Honorable Kamla Persad-Bissessar, MP, Prime Minister on Friday March 28th, 2014. The Prime Minister then sought and obtained leave of the House to have the report printed as a House Paper.
