The 17th National Youth Parliament takes place on Monday November 11, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Parliament Chamber. At this year’s debate, students from throughout Trinidad and Tobago will convene to consider the topic, "Should parents be held responsible for their children’s social media activity?"
