The Joint Select Committee on Local Authorities, Service Commissions and Statutory Authorities (including the THA) has commenced an inquiry into the efficiency and effectiveness of the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago.
As part of its inquiry process, the Committee is inviting all stakeholders and interested persons to submit written comments/suggestions related to the following objectives of the inquiry:
- To evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the ACTT in executing its mandate;
- To evaluate the performance of the ACTT in assuring quality in the delivery of tertiary and post-secondary education by local schools affiliated with foreign institutions; and
- 3. To determine whether the resources, systems and procedures of the ACTT are sufficient to allow it to operate efficiently.
THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS MONDAY JANUARY 10, 2020.
