The Joint Select Committee on The Cannabis Control Bill, 2019 is calling for comments on the Bill.
The purpose of the Cannabis Control Bill, 2019 is to provide for the regulatory control of the handling of cannabis for certain purposes, the establishment of the Trinidad and Tobago Cannabis Licensing Authority and for related matters.
The Committee is inviting stakeholders to submit comments on the Bill which can be sourced on the Parliament's website via the following link: The Cannabis Control Bill, 2019.
THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS FRIDAY FEBRUARY 14, 2020 at 4:00 P.M.
