During an address to the nation on Wednesday April 2, 2008, Prime Minister Patrick Manning announced two portfolio changes. The Honourable Donna Cox, Minister of State in the Ministry of Community Development, Culture and Gender Affairs is now Minister of State in the Ministry of National Security, and Mr. Roger Joseph, Member for La Horquetta/Talparo, has been appointed Minister of State in the Ministry of Works and Transport. Both of these appointments take effect on Thursday April 3, 2008. Our list of Members of the House of Representatives has been amended to reflect these changes.
