Her Excellency Paula-Mae Weekes, President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, has issued two proclamations pertaining to the prorogation of the 4th Session of the 11th Parliament at midnight on Friday 27th September, 2019 and the Opening of the 5th Session of the 11th Republican Parliament on Wednesday 2nd October, 2019 at 1:30 p.m.
