The Gambling (Gaming and Betting) Control Bill, 2016 was introduced in the House of Representatives on July 1, 2016, during the 1st Session of the 11th Parliament. The Bill was carried over to the 2nd Session and debate began on the Bill, after which it was referred to a Joint Select Committee for consideration.
