Several of the new Joint Standing Committees, established in accordance with the Revised Standing Orders
of the House of Representatives, will meet for the first time in private next week, to elect a Chairman, Vice-Chairman and also to determine their quorum and work schedule.
The meetings of each Committee are scheduled as follows:
Tuesday January 20th, 2015
10:00 a.m. – The Committee on National Security
11:00 a.m. – The Committee on Foreign Affairs
Friday January 23rd, 2015
10:00 a.m. – The Committee on Energy Affairs
10:30 a.m. – The Committee on Human Rights, Diversity, the Environment and Sustainable Development
